My calendar closely follows the school calendar year, with lesson times being available from 3:30-7:30 Monday through Friday. 

 

• Fall Semester begins in August and ends in December, the week before Christmas.  No lessons are given on Thanksgiving week from Wednesday through the weekend. 

 

• Spring Semester begins approximately two weeks after New Years and finishes at the end of May, with a possibility of lessons over Spring Break. 

 

• Summer lesson times can be discussed and arranged sometime during mid-May. 

 

I offer at least two recitals a year; one before Christmas, and one in the spring.  Any extra recitals or other opportunities to perform will be announced as they are planned.  A student may play in as many recitals as he or she wishes.  Performing in at least one recital a year is recommended.  It lets the student show what he or she has learned, gives relatives a chance to hear them, lets music become a fun social event, and also lets all the students hear one another play.
